Wait a bit and send a follow-up message. If there's still no response, report the issue to Writeyfy. We monitor inactive users and aim to keep the platform clean and active.
Are coins refundable if the student doesn't respond?
No, coins aren't refundable once used to unlock chats or contact details. However, if you consistently face unresponsive users, contact support with screenshots - we may assist based on the pattern.
Can I work under multiple categories?
Yes. Once approved, you can take assignments from more than one category, provided your profile and skills match. For example, you can handle both Coding Projects and PPTs if you're capable in both.
