- Users can purchase coins through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.
- Coins will be credited to the user's account immediately upon successful payment.
- All transactions are final and non-transferable.
- Users can buy coins with the following packages:
- 50 Coins for ₹99
- 100 Coins for ₹199
- 200 Coins for ₹299
- Writers can buy coins with the following packages:
- 50 Coins for ₹99
- 120 Coins for ₹199
- 300 Coins for ₹399
- Coins are used to unlock initiate chats with writers or users.
- Once coins are spent, they cannot be refunded or transferred back to the user's account.
- Depending on the category of the writer, the number of coins required to contact changes as follows:
- 10 Coins for exclusive category
- 15 Coins for all other categories
- 🎉 Free Chats: Get 5 free chats per month (without contact info) to start conversations
- Regular chat (after 5 free chats): 20 Coins
- Chat with contact information (phone/email): 25 Coins
- Upgrade existing chat to include contact info: 5 Coins (or 25 Coins if it was a free chat)
- Marketplace product chats: 50 Coins
- All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect user information.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the suspension of the user's account and forfeiture of any remaining coins.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their payment information updated.
- Users must ensure that their accounts are secure and notify Writeyfy immediately in case of any unauthorized access.
- Writeyfy adheres to stringent security measures to protect user payment data. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Writeyfy reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
